Walk & Talk Community Engagement Event

Your local St. Dunstan’s Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) would like to invite residents to join us for our next Walk, Talk & Do event on 22nd of August at 12pm

This event gives residents an opportunity to meet their local officers in an informal setting while walking through areas identified for community concerns such as anti-social behaviour (ASB), drug misuse, littering, or noise issues. It’s a chance to share your views, discuss local priorities, and help us identify issues affecting safety and quality of life in the area.

The aim of this event is to:
- Encourage open conversation between residents, partners, and local police
- Identify and discuss issues impacting local safety and environment
- Increase visibility of the local policing team
- Build trust and strengthen community relationships

Key engagement activities may include:
- Walking with residents and partner agencies through key local areas
- Discussing community concerns such as ASB, littering, speeding, or noise
- Logging environmental or infrastructure issues for follow-up
- Providing reassurance patrols and sharing crime prevention advice
